Refunds and cancellation

Effective September 24, 2026

You can cancel any time and keep your paid features until the end of the month you’ve paid for. Your first subscription has a 7-day money-back guarantee.

Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time in the app: open Account (the person icon, top right) and choose Manage subscription. You can also email support@mgrscardinal.com.
• When you cancel, your paid features keep working until the end of the month you’ve already paid for. After that, you won’t be charged again, and your account moves to the free version.
• You can resubscribe whenever you like.

Refunds

• First subscription: 7-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy within 7 days of your first payment, email support@mgrscardinal.com from your account’s email address and we will refund that payment in full.
• After that, monthly payments are not refundable, and we don’t give partial refunds for unused days after you cancel. You keep access until the end of the paid month instead.
• Mistakes on our side: if you were charged in error, charged twice, or couldn’t use a paid feature because of a problem on our end, contact us and we will refund or credit you.
• Plan changes: moving up from Pro to Pro Plus charges the prorated difference right away. Moving down credits the prorated difference to your next invoice.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method. It usually takes 5 to 10 business days for them to appear, depending on your bank.
• These terms don’t affect any rights you have under consumer protection laws where you live.

What happens to your data

Cancelling doesn’t delete your account. Your cloud map is kept, and you can reach it again if you resubscribe. If your Pro Plus plan ends and you own a team, the team becomes view-only for everyone. To have your data deleted, see the Privacy policy.
